Posada Salentein

In the heart of the San Pablo GI in the Uco Valley, Posada Salentein is a small country estate surrounded by the historic vineyards of Bodegas Salentein and the dramatic landscape of the Andes Mountains.

The property combines the traditional architecture of Mendoza’s country estates with an experience closely connected to wine, gastronomy, art, and nature.

Rooms

Posada Salentein currently features 14 fully renovated rooms set among gardens and vineyards: 12 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms.

The rooms offer a warm and peaceful atmosphere, with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and DirecTV. Depending on the category, they range from approximately 20 to 50 m² and offer views of the gardens and different areas of the estate.

Gastronomy

At the foot of the vineyards is Restaurante San Pablo, currently led by Executive Chef Matías Gil Falcón.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a menu combining regional ingredients and contemporary cuisine, naturally paired with wines from Bodegas Salentein.

The surrounding vineyards and mountains make gastronomy a central part of the stay.

Services

The posada features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Andes, gardens, Wi-Fi, and several areas for relaxation.

One of its distinctive spaces is Sala Numina, a reading room that can also be used for meetings and work, with facilities for groups of up to 15 people.

The property also has a private family wine cellar holding a selection of historic vintages from Bodegas Salentein.

Wine & Experiences

Wine is at the heart of the experience. Posada Salentein is surrounded by some of the original vineyards that gave rise to the Bodegas Salentein project in the Uco Valley.

Guests can visit the winery and explore Espacio Killka, Salentein’s cultural, artistic, and gastronomic center, where wine, art, and architecture come together.

The experience also includes access to the Killka Art Gallery and the Chapel of Gratitude, while the posada’s private cellar offers the opportunity to discover and taste selected historic vintages preserved by the family.

Guests also receive special benefits at the Espacio Salentein restaurant and wine shop.
