How we use your data

Security and abuse prevention
We may process minimal, pseudonymised technical signals for a limited period to prevent spam, abusive automation and activity that could affect the security of the site. We do not store the complete IP address as part of a commercial enquiry.
Data shared with establishments
When necessary to manage an enquiry or booking, we may share relevant data with the establishment involved. We do not sell personal databases.
External services
Links to booking platforms, maps and social networks lead to services governed by their own privacy policies. Argentina Wine Hotels does not store complete payment card details.
Analytics and optional cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, searches, filters and interactions with establishments. Analytics storage remains denied until you accept it. You may reject optional cookies without affecting the guide's essential functions and change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
We remember both acceptance and rejection for up to 12 months in the awh-analytics-consent preference cookie. Refreshing or navigating between pages does not reset your choice. The notice appears again when this cookie expires or is deleted, or when you open Cookie settings. Clearing cached images and files alone does not delete this preference.
Retention and deletion
Commercial enquiries remain available while they are being managed. Once an enquiry is closed, it is deleted automatically after 12 months, unless a legal obligation requires a different period. Minimal security events are retained for up to 90 days and do not include the complete IP address or the content of forms.

You may use the contact page to request information about, correction of or deletion of the personal data you have provided to us, subject to applicable legal obligations.
