Rooms & Accommodation
Las Jarillas offers rooms and independent units distributed throughout a spacious natural setting.
The accommodations feature a rustic style inspired by the mountain landscape, incorporating materials such as stone, brick, and wood. Independent apartments are also available, featuring private entrances, kitchens or kitchenettes, refrigerators, seating areas, and private outdoor spaces.
Rooms include private bathrooms, climate control, and Wi-Fi, while several units also feature balconies or terraces overlooking the gardens and mountains.

One of the property’s main features is its outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by gardens and offering open views of the Traslasierra landscape.
The accommodation provides breakfast, Wi-Fi, free parking, daily housekeeping, gardens, a terrace, and shared relaxation areas.
Its small scale and rural surroundings preserve the peaceful and personalized atmosphere that has long distinguished Las Jarillas.
Wine & Experiences
Wine remains an important part of the property’s identity. Las Jarillas has its own vineyards and small winery, where guests can discover the winemaking traditions of San Javier and learn about the distinctive characteristics of wines produced in Traslasierra.
The experience includes tours of the vineyards and winery, as well as wine tastings. The project has historical ties to Vino Noble de San Javier, which emerged as part of the revival of viticulture in this region of Córdoba.
Rather than a large wine tourism destination, Las Jarillas maintains an artisanal character, offering visitors the opportunity to discover wine within a small mountain estate.
Setting
San Javier is located in the Traslasierra Valley, at the foot of the Sierras Grandes and close to Cerro Champaquí, the highest peak in the province of Córdoba.
