Auberge du Vin

Surrounded by high-altitude vineyards with sweeping views of the Andes Mountains, Auberge du Vin is a wine lodge located within Tupungato Winelands in the Uco Valley. At 1,400 meters above sea level, it offers a peaceful stay where landscape, wine, and gastronomy take center stage.

The property is directly integrated into the vineyard, allowing guests in some rooms to step straight out among the vines and enjoy one of Tupungato’s most distinctive wine-country landscapes.

Rooms

Auberge du Vin features 28 individually designed rooms overlooking the vineyards and mountains.

All rooms have a wood-burning fireplace, while many also feature a private terrace with direct vineyard access or an elevated balcony with panoramic views.

Rooms include a King bed, seating area, spacious bathroom, Wi-Fi, television, and a small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Some categories can accommodate up to three guests.

Daily breakfast is included with the stay.

Gastronomy

The hotel is home to Epic, a restaurant led by chef Patricia Torres, whose cuisine combines seasonal ingredients from the Uco Valley with Argentine culinary techniques and a particular emphasis on open-fire cooking.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Lunch offers a lighter, seasonal selection, while dinner guests can choose between à la carte dishes and a five-course tasting menu, with an optional wine pairing selected by the sommelier.

Epic also features a bar and lounge serving wines, cocktails, and boards of cheeses, charcuterie, and local products.

Wine is an essential part of the Auberge du Vin experience. The lodge is located within Tupungato Winelands, a private wine community of approximately 320 hectares surrounded by high-altitude vineyards.

The vines extend almost to the guestrooms and include varieties such as Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot Noir, benefiting from Tupungato’s altitude, temperature variations, and distinctive terroir.

The experience is complemented by private tastings, vertical tastings, wine-paired dinners, and special dining experiences among the vineyards.

Its location also provides convenient access to numerous Uco Valley wineries, including renowned estates around Gualtallary and Tupungato.
