A curated experience
About Vistalba Wine Bar
Among the vineyards, with the Andes Mountains as a backdrop, Vistalba Wine Bar offers a relaxed way to discover the wines of Bodega Vistalba, accompanied by simple cuisine designed for sharing.
Set within the winery estate in Vistalba, Luján de Cuyo, the Wine Bar allows visitors to enjoy the landscape and architecture of the property without the formality of a traditional restaurant menu, choosing from a variety of dishes and wines by the glass.
Gastronomy
The gastronomic offering is based on carefully selected ingredients, Mediterranean flavors, and dishes designed to complement the winery’s wines.
The menu includes cheese boards, aged Spanish ham, smoked preserves, bruschettas, salads, and ciabatta sandwiches, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Seasonal ingredients play an important role, along with nuts, olives, and a variety of accompaniments. Vistalba Corte V olive oil, produced on the estate, is featured in several dishes.
Desserts and regional flavors are available to complete the experience, along with coffee and other hot beverages.
Wines
The Wine Bar format offers visitors the opportunity to explore the different collections produced by Bodega Vistalba and choose wines by the glass from a variety of ranges.
The winery’s labels include Vistalba, produced mainly from grapes grown on the estate surrounding the winery in Luján de Cuyo; Tomero, showcasing different grape varieties grown in the Uco Valley; and Progenie, its collection of sparkling wines.
Visitors can freely combine wines and food or enjoy the Wine Bar as an extension of a winery tour and tasting.
An Experience to Share
In addition to its à la carte selection, Vistalba Wine Bar offers experiences specifically designed for sharing.
One of the current experiences combines a selection of premium cheeses, 18-month-aged Spanish ham, rosemary tomatoes, olives, nuts, and assorted breads, accompanied by Vistalba Corte V olive oil and a glass of Vistalba wine.
The concept is to enjoy wine in a casual and relaxed way, without the need for an extensive dining experience, making the Wine Bar an attractive option both for winery visitors and for those who simply want to stop for a glass of wine overlooking the vineyards.
Wine Tourism
The experience can be combined with the various wine tourism activities offered by Bodega Vistalba.
The winery offers tours of its facilities and vineyards, classic and premium tastings, blind tastings, and the Blending Game, an experience in which visitors taste different varietals and learn how to combine them to create their own blend.
In this way, the Wine Bar becomes a natural extension of the winery visit, allowing guests to continue discovering its wines alongside a selection of food.
Setting
One of the Wine Bar’s greatest attractions is its location. Its tables and outdoor areas offer views of the Vistalba vineyards and the Cordón del Plata, bringing together landscape, wine, and gastronomy.
The estate is situated in one of Luján de Cuyo’s historic wine-growing areas, where Bodega Vistalba produces some of its most representative wines.
Its open and informal format makes it suitable for breakfast, lunch, a wine tasting, or simply enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the vineyards.
