About Club Tapiz Restó
Located within Club Tapiz in Maipú, the restaurant offers a gastronomic experience closely connected to Mendoza’s landscape, wines, and local produce. Surrounded by historic vineyards, olive groves, and gardens, it is part of an 1890 estate that has been transformed into one of the Tapiz family’s main hospitality destinations.
Gastronomy
The cuisine is inspired by regional and seasonal ingredients, with a special emphasis on produce grown on the estate and in its own garden. The menu reinterprets the characteristic flavors of Mendoza through a contemporary approach while maintaining a strong connection to the land.
The restaurant’s current culinary concept is associated with chef Soledad Nardelli, renowned for her work with Argentine ingredients and cuisine rooted in local identity.
Wines
Wine plays a central role in the experience. The cuisine is paired with labels from the family’s wineries, offering guests the opportunity to discover different expressions of Mendoza’s terroir through wines produced on their own estates.
The combination of food and wine creates a complete gastronomic experience within the wine-country setting of Club Tapiz.
Setting & Experiences
The restaurant is part of a historic estate currently surrounded by approximately 14 hectares of old vineyards and olive groves. In addition to the gastronomic experience, visitors can explore the gardens and vineyards and discover other areas of Club Tapiz, including the El Hilo de Ariadna tapestry exhibition and experiences related to the olive oil produced on the property.

Its location makes it easy to combine a meal among the vineyards with a variety of wine tourism experiences in Maipú and Luján de Cuyo, two of Mendoza’s historic wine regions.
