unique and rich experience in which the passion and knowledge of
the Cuyo Region can be shared and transmitted. We invite you to go
for a trip led by our chef Pablo del Rio to experience the flavors
of our Terroir.
Every day from 9.30hs by appointment only. Classes take 3 to 4
hours plus lunch time.

ENTRADA - FIRST COURSE
Ensalada de quínoa, queso croatin, y vinagreta de frutas frescas.
Quinoa and celery salad - Croatin cheese - the dressing of fresh
fruit vinaigrette.
PLATO PRINCIPAL - MAIN COURSE
Ojo de Bife asado, risotto de cebada perlada y salsa chimichurri
Roasted Tenderloin Steak - Barley Pearls risotto and chimichurri
sauce.
DESSERT
Frutas frescas quemadas en el disco de arado con miel de caña y
vino Malbec
Fresh fruits Burnt in a plow disc with sugar cane Syrup.

Empanadas mendocinas de carne al horno
Regional meat pies to the furnace.
PLATO PRINCIPAL - MAIN COURSE
Colita de Cuadril a las brasas rellena con morcilla criolla y
panceta ahumada. Ensalada de calabazas y papas al rescoldo con
salsa criolla.
Braised Tail of Rump with filled with soft black pudding sausage
and smoky bacon. Blackened pumpkin and potatoes salad with
“criolla” sauce.
POSTRE - DESSERT
Flan de caramelo y praline de nuez con salsa de dulce de leche.
Caramelized flan with Dulce de Leche and nuggets praliné
